SHOW TRANSPARENCY TO YOUR WEBSITE VISITORS
Company Policies Templates Pack
The Company Policies Pack is a set of templates that let you easily create two important pages you must include on your website. They come with the basic information already in, ready for you to customize for your business.
Online safety and privacy are of major concern today. Your site visitors are typically educated business people who prefer to deal with companies who are transparent about their policies. Disclosing that you collect information from people who visit your site is not only a good business practice but it’s also required by law in the state of Californa since 2010.
To make it easier for promo business owners we have compiled Company Policies documents that include, not only privacy policy regulation requirements but also terms of use of your website, ordering information, and copyrights.
Just add your information, tweak, copy, paste, and publish!

What’s included
The Company Policies Pack includes the 2 documents listed below, delivered in a word document so you can revise and make modifications as you see fit. We want to make this as easy as possible to implement, so we’ve included simple instructions in the pack.
Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
This document addresses the GDPR regulations if you don’t do business with clients in the EU*, explanations on the information being collected by your site, why is being collected, and what you do with the data as required by the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), as well as copyrights and trademarks ownership disclaimers.
The regulations state that your site must contain specific information about your company, such as contact information from key people in your company, explanation about the information you collect, and third-party services you use to collect that information. You will easily find all the places you need to fill in because they are highlighted.
Note: *If you do business with clients located in the EU you are subject to the full extent of the GDPR, and this template does not cover all of the aspects.
Ordering Information
Describes the terms and conditions in which you work, including art requirements, pricing on the website, production time, shipping, and other specific issues that frequently arise. Having this information published on your website provides transparency in the way you work, positions your professionalism, and avoids misunderstandings. Plus makes it very easy to include in your presentations or emails by simply including a link.
